It was right about this time last year that I mentioned in this space that Crain’s Detroit Business had named Red Level to their “Cool Places To Work In Michigan” list, and we are honored to be chosen again. For the second year in a row, Red Level has been honored with the “Cool Places” designation. It’s an award that means a lot to us – which would not be possible without our amazing and dedicated staff. As you’ve probably noticed, Metropolitan Detroit and Southeast Michigan have become much cooler places to do business in recent times. In contending for “Cool Places” honors, it’s become a lot harder to stand out in the crowd, but that's something we at Red Level love to do. [...]
Plenty of smiles, full bellies and ugly sweaters at the annual Red Level Christmas Pot Luck. This year's spread featured everything from chocolate chip waffles to Filipino Pancit to extra cheesy mac and cheesy to tangy bbq ribs to mounds of fresh baked goods to a sea of shrimp cocktail to a kettle full of meatballs. To our way of thinking, one of these has to [...]
It’s official: Red Level is decidedly cool. You don’t have to take our word for it. Just ask Crain’s, or the folks at Best Companies Group – they’ll tell you. In fact, they’re telling the world. And we’re not shy, so we’ll announce it too: Red Level has been officially been proclaimed one of the 2017 Cool Places To Work in Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business. We couldn’t be more pleased. “Cool,” of course, means different things to different people. Depending on your perspective, it could mean having a “Bring your Lhasa-apso to work day,” an indoor lacrosse field, or hot and cold running Red Bull. We’re not cool in that way. But we seem to be cool enough to [...]
