RED LEVEL EXPANDS STAFF TO MEET NEW CLIENT NEEDS, GROWING CLIENT ROSTER

[NOVI, MI] [SEPTEMBER 23, 2016] – Red Level, the Novi-based technology consultancy, has announced the addition of two key new positions, and two associated new hires, in response to continuing expansion of its business. Marco D’Aristotile will be joining the firm in the role of Help Desk Manager, and Quade Finnigan has signed on as a Senior consultant.

The additions come in the wake of strong growth across all of Red Level’s lines of business, particularly in Managed Services and Cloud Technology Solutions, which D’Aristotile and Finnigan will play key roles in supporting. The company has recently added several significant new clients, including National Coney Island, Ellis Porter, and the National Franchise of Goldfish Swim Schools.

Prior to joining Red Level, Finnigan served as a Senior Systems Engineer and Consultant for Apex Digital Solutions. His experience included stints as Team Lead-Systems and Networks for Sumitomo Bakelite High Performance Plastics and Network Administrator for Service Brands International. Both he and D’Aristotile boast nearly 20 years’ professional experience in the technology field. Finnigan is a Michigan State graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications.

D’Aristotile joins Red Level following service as Customer Engagement Manager for Birmingham-Based Detroit IT. Previously in his career he has served as a Senior Consultant/Delivery Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and IT Support Technician. A strong history in multiple aspects of IT consulting, including training, account management and technical support, provides him with a unique skill set that Red Level Clients will directly benefit from. D’Aristotile is a University of Michigan graduate with a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Engineering.

“We are enormously pleased to have Quade and Marco join our team,” says Janet Tyler, Red Level’s COO. “Despite the great competition at present for top talent, we’ve managed to attract outstanding candidates and make outstanding selections. We consider both of them to be a tremendous asset to the company, and this will be even more true in the future as growth continues and as the range of our services expands.

“Of course it’s great to bring such highly technically qualified people on board. But what’s even more significant to us is that both Quade and Marco have extensive business experience and the considerable ‘soft skills’ it takes to move beyond the technical and deliver outstanding comprehensive service to our clients. One of the ways we ‘Rethink Business – Rethink IT’ is to take that involved, holistic approach to deliver real business value. Both Quade and Marco will help accomplish that mission on behalf of our clients.”
