Our history
We started with just a few assets: A recently-discharged United States Navy IT specialist, two of his colleagues, a 200-square-foot workspace, and a card table.
They named their company “Red Level,” the military designation for a project of the highest level of urgency. Red Level set out to be a partner that companies could trust with their critical technology and the well-being of their businesses.
Red Level began with two basic ideas in mind:
- Bring quality, integrity, and reliability to the IT services field for Michigan business.
- Deliver clients want they truely need, not just what would sell.
The approach worked. Clients found that their business performance improved. This scrappy upstart company delivered better value, more advanced solutions and better service than their more established competitors. Red Level was on the map as a trusted partner who could be counted on to drive business success.
Today, Red Level owns its own state-of-the-art 19,000 square foot facility and employs a staff of 40 highly-skilled professionals at their offices in Grand Rapids and Metro Detroit.
