This configuration backs up their Azure Vault for business continuity and disaster recovery. With services and data maintained in Azure, managers can work effectively from any store location, even if the headquarters location is offline at any given time. NCI’s data is fully protected, with geolocation functionality for further disaster recovery.

Reliable and robust internet connectivity is critical to customers. Red Level implemented new wireless access points for all locations managed from the cloud. This improved Wi-Fi service and a better customer experience, a considerable competitive advantage in the casual dining industry.
