Microsoft ends support for Windows XP, Office 2003 and Exchange 2003

Customers May Be at Risk!

Customers running Windows XP, Office 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 will no longer receive security updates, support, or hot fixes, making their systems extremely vulnerable to malicious software and compliance issues.

Support for Windows XP SP3 (Windows XP is now 13 years old!) and Office 2003 ended on April 8th, 2014. After support ends, there will be no new security updates, non-security hotfixes, free or paid assisted support options or online technical content updates. Continuing to run Windows XP SP3 in your environment after April 8th, 2014 exposes your company to potential security risks, as unsupported and unpatched environments are vulnerable to security threats.

Migration efforts are well underway to get current for many companies. For those who have not started, now is the time to upgrade to a more modern operating system.
