Red Level Named One of “Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” Six Years in a Row

Continuing a recent award winning streak, the Novi-based technology consulting firm Red Level has been named one of “Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for 2015 by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR). The 2015 award marks the sixth successive year that Red Level has been named to the list.

Red Level is a full service technology consulting firm providing enterprise-grade solutions to businesses, helping them to run more smoothly, increase profitability, and solve strategic business issues. The company formally received the 2015 award at a ceremony held at the Detroit Marriott Hotel at the Renaissance Center.

The latest award follows closely on the heels of Red Level’s receipt of two “Partner of the Year” accolades from Microsoft and naming to Inc. Magazine’s annual “Inc. 5000” listing of fastest growing private companies. NABR “Best and Brightest” honors are bestowed on companies deemed to display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. According to the award’s website, “Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.”

“Red Level is enormously gratified to receive the Best and Brightest honor,” says David King, Red Level CEO. “For us, it validates our efforts to maintain one of Detroit’s most engaging, equitable, and enjoyable workplaces, and to be a company where employees’ ideas and efforts are properly rewarded. We pride ourselves on our ability to attract and retain the very best and brightest people in our field; it only makes sense that we would want to provide them with the best and brightest workplace possible.”

King cites Red Level’s progressive work environment as a key element in the company’s ongoing success. “We’ve maintained a pace of 20% year-on-year growth for the last several years. You need good people working in a good environment to make that happen.”

“Best and Brightest also has a special meaning to us because of where we’re from,” says Janet Tyler, Red Level’s Chief Operating Officer. “This is an area grounded in innovation, full of great companies doing great things – and that makes for a very competitive environment. To be noted as Best and Brightest, you really have to stand out. We are very proud to be doing that.”
